Dr. Heather Alcorn graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2002.
She has spent the past 20 years dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to patients in Northeast Ohio. Her patients often comment on how they appreciate the time she spends answering their questions and performing a thorough exam.
After seeing the need for doctors to treat low vision patients, Dr. Alcorn trained extensively with renowned Low Vision Diplomate and IALVS founder Dr. Richard Shuldiner and became a member of the International Academy of Low Vision Specialists. She then founded the Ohio Low Vision Center where she prescribes custom-designed glasses to improve the independence and quality of life of her patients.
Dr. Alcorn‘s main office is located in Stow, Ohio. When she is not seeing patients she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters.
